• USAGE
Especially in knitting and weaving machines it is used for removal of grease and thread from moving parts and for periodical maintenance.
• EFFECTIVE REMOVAL
If cause deformation of the grease where it is applied and makes cleaning of threads, texture dusts and dirt easier. With the special components in its structure it forms a protective film on moving parts.
• SAFE
Although it is composed of solvent based compounds, it is absolutely inflammable. They don’t have corrosive effect on metals.
• ECONOMICAL
Besides its economical price, less amount of SOLVE 505 is used to obtain the same result when compared with flammable substances like gasoline, fuel-oil and thinner. Saturation level is more then these material especially for immersion applications. This enables getting more per unit of the product.
Decrease in needle breakage after periodical maintenance will prevent unnecessary costs.
• EASY TO APPLY
Applied according to the surface as immersing, rubbing, or spraying. Using pressured air can increase evaporation rate of the remaining product.

Used for cleaning of interiors of machines especially weaving and knitting machines where grease and threads cause problems on needle beds, platins ve steel lids, it is also used in all industrial fields; it is used for removal of grease, dirt and humidity from all metal surfaces especially from iron, steel, copper, bronze and aluminium.
