¨CONCENTRATED SCALE AND RESIDUE PREVENTER¨
• VERY EFFECTIVE
It is effective against all kinds of Ca and Mg salts that cause scale formation;
CALCIUM CARBONATE MAGNESIUM CARBONATE CALCIUM SULPHATE MAGNESIUM SULPHATE CALCIUM CHLORIDE MAGNESIUM CHLORIDE • PROVIDES FULL WATER TREATMENT
It is effective in all heating and cooling systems. Instead of cleaning scale preventing scale formation will provide important economic benefits to the companies. below table shows efficiency level of a water with 200 ppm hardness in months and with the thickness of scale formed
MONTHS THICKNESS OF SCALE LOSS OF EFFICIENCY 1. 2 MIC 30% 2. 4 MIC 45% 3. 6 MIC 65% 4. 8 MIC 72%
When we take this table into consideration, we see that from a system, which is cleaned 3 times a year, we get maximum performance only for 3 months and for the rest an average of 50% is obtained. This means an annual loos of 30%. So it is obvious that instead of cleaning scale it is better and economical to use SECURA in order to prevent formation of scale. Using SECURA in the system will provide a full water treatment and in return an efficiency increase around 30% will be obtained.
• PROTECTS SYSTEM FROM SCALE
Scale formation cause a kind of heat insulation so that more energy is used for heating the water, it also reacts with the metals and cause corrosion and may also cause leakage in the system. This will mean stopping of the production and changing of the system. By using recommended values of SECURA all these problems are eliminated.
• USAGE
Can be used in all system where scale formation is a problem. For an effective treatment application time and amounts must be chosen correctly.
• USAGE
After analysing the samples taken form the system starting dose is determined. This amount will be between 1/100 –1/500 of the total water in the system. Periodical blowdown and SECURA addition will be determined according to the structure of the water. This ratio will be between 1/200-/1000 of the system water. Blowdown and SECURA application frequency will be determined according to the daily water losses.
