• PROVIDES EFFECTIVE PROTECTION
Covers the surface with a flexible, unbreakable film layer. This layer protects working parts from water, dust and grease. Since the layer is flexible and unbreakable it is not possible to get it thorn when it contacts with liquids.
• PROVIDES ENERGY CONSERVATION
Contactors and electrical equipments protected with ULTRA work with full performance during protection. It prevents system overloads caused by grease, dust and humidity thus reduces energy consumption.
ULTRA is used for saving the motors, which are affected with water without any further process. Since it is able to form a layer between water and metal electrical parts exposed to water can work after cleaning with ULTRA. Saves time and money.
• ELIMINATES RISK OF FIRE
Fills microscopic cracks on contactors that are caused by excessive forces and this prevents formation of sparks, thus eliminates risk of fire.
• METAL AND MOULD PROTECTOR
Film it forms is resistant to effects of salty water, so that it can be safely used for protecting sensitive metal parts. On the protected materials it provides complete isolation for all types of effects including humidity and acid vapours.
• LONGER PROTECTION
Surfaces cleaned and covered with ULTRA; are protected for 3-4 months under heavy conditions and high humidity, this shortens annual maintenance periods.
• USAGE
Used for protection of contactors, electric motors, generators, control panels, batteries, transformers and metal parts exposed to humidity.
• USING INSTRUCTIONS
Before the application of ULTRA surface must be cleaned with TESLA. After drying all surface is covered with the product and dried with pressured air.
For cleaning of parts exposed to water or damaged because of high humidity; first of all residues and dirt within the parts must be cleaned with pressured steam or water. Then ULTRA is applied into all rolls, insulators and metal parts. Best method for this is immersing into a tank filled with ULTRA, after immersion it must be dried with pressured air.
